I am a graduate of McGill University in physiotherapy and a member of the Ordre Professionnel de le Physiothérapie du Quebec. I started my career in a sports medicine clinic in TMR and NDG and later practiced in a large acute‑care facility in the city before returning to a private Clinic setting.
I am highly specialized in sports medicine and manual therapy licensed by my professional board to practice both articular and vertebral manipulations.
I decided to open my own practice because I wanted to spend more time with my patients and focus on a high quality level of care in a professional setting.
Having been a competitive gymnast at the provincial level, my aim is to ensure that you can continue playing your sport with little or no delay and allow you to “Return to Action” as quickly as possible!
Evaluation
1 hr evaluation in a one‑on‑one setting.
Discuss overall background as well as the specifics of your injury.
A treatment approach is established along with any exercises that can be performed in the short term.
Treatment will only be prescribed if it is required.
Treatment
With a thorough understanding of your condition only the techniques required to address your specific injury are used.
For example, if you have a blocked vertebra at T-8 then this is treated locally using the latest highly controlled manipulation techniques.
A customized exercise program is developed to help with the healing of the injury.
You only receive the treatments and exercise you need.
Discharge
Now that you have been successfully treated you are discharged.
As required, an exercise program is prescribed to help you manage your condition.
Please contact me with any current or future injuries that you may have.
