Mytoner.ca supplies will, at its option, replace or refund the full purchase price of any supply found to be defective. Mytoner.ca also warrants, subject to the condition stated below, that under normal use (including operation of the equipment within specifications) our supplies will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible equipment. If a defect in a mytoner.com supply causes an original equipment supply item or equipment failure, Mytoner.ca will reimburse its customer for the full amount of all costs of repair or replacement. This warranty is dependent upon the customer using our own network of technicians for the service call. If an external service company is used, the warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in Mytoner.ca’s supply, including a written statement on the service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field sales or service representative.

I ordered 2 cartridges from this company, one worked but the other was faulty. I called multiple times, left messages and emailed. No one replied. No customer service. You ate taking a huge risk of getting faulty cartridges if you buy from this company. Going to the better business bureau.
