This company was great to quote the work and perform the work on a cold day in November 2019, when i couldn't be there to watch them since i needed to be at work. With the Spring weather upon us, the problems i had called them for came back and it took 3 weeks of diligent calling before Matt finally called me back (I figured they were Covid busy). When he looked at the work done by his employees he didn't say anything and suggested that my water problem needed a new solution. He promised me a proposal within 2-3 days. Then he simply disappeared and stopped taking my calls, answering texts or emails. The only way i managed to reach him was to disable my caller ID. After 6 weeks of waiting for him and being ignored I had no choice but to call other companies. EVERY one of them told me the same thing: The work done by them was completely useless. It all had to be redone. Now im in the process of suing this company. Matt was completely negligent in assuming responsibility for his employees terrible work. VERY DISAPPOINTED... And by the way they are no longer RBQ certified....
